Welcome! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) dedicated to helping children, teens, adults, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion and practical tools. Over the years, I’ve supported clients working through anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and other mental health concerns, helping them find balance, healing, and hope.
My background includes working in therapeutic residential settings alongside youth, their families, and legal advocates. There, I provided care and stability while teaching evidence-based skills in Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. These tools empowered clients to better manage stress, regulate emotions, and build stronger relationships.
As a Family Advocate, I partnered with youth and families referred by the Department of Human Services due to concerns such as disruptive behavior, substance use, or legal involvement. Together, we built rapport, created personalized treatment plans, and worked toward goals that supported healthier family dynamics and brighter futures.
In my role as a Licensed Professional School Counselor, I collaborated with students, parents, and educators to foster academic achievement, emotional resilience, and personal growth. I also worked with community organizations to expand resources that strengthened support systems for families.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology (2008) and a Master of Education in Education and Human Resource Studies (2017), and I became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2023. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and the belief that every person has the ability to grow, heal, and thrive.
If you’re facing challenges with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, or simply want support in navigating life, I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey.
